Hmmm.. The site doesn’t seem to be as active since it got hacked a few months ago. Hopefully things will pick up again soon. I thought I’d write a little blog to speed up the process. Not much has been happening; uni, being home, uni, being home… And it goes on and on lol.. I’m not really liking this semester as much. A lot of my subjects aren’t very ‘structured’, more ‘up in the air’, which frightens  me. I’m hoping to maintain a credit average as I’m interested in doing honors next hear. I received an email today detailing an information session which will be held on September 11 for people interested in doing honors. It sounds like it may be well worth it. Apparently projects are encouraged, which will ‘bridge the gap between university and the professional world.’ Students who do the honors program will have the opportunity to work with professional mentors in the industry! Might be my first step of getting my foot into the ‘real world’

In other news, I’m heading to New Zealand for 6 days in September! I’ll be flying out with several of my close friends on the 29th of September. We’re flying into Auckland, where we will pick up our hire car and make our way to Rotorua. I’m soooo looking forward to this trip! I’ve been feeling the urge to escape from Adelaide recently, and this trip is exactly what I need! The downside is that I have to complete all of my assignment work in the first week of the study break. I’ll definitely be cram cram cramming away! Anyway, I hope somebody still reads this blog.
